Note on the fridge — Baby Alive interactive baby dolls

Leave us a note and we will answer it. This page is the quickest way to reach the people who actually make the dolls rather than a general enquiry desk.

How to reach the nursery

Email nursery@babyalive.pages.dev — that address comes to us directly. Please put the name of the set in the subject line; our sets look similar in photographs and the name saves us a round trip.

By post: 95 Chestnut Street, Suite 2, Providence, RI 02903, United States.

What to tell us

The name of the set as it appears on this site.
What the doll is doing, or refusing to do.
Whether batteries are involved, and how old they are.
Where you bought her, so we know who fulfils a replacement.

What we cannot do from here

We do not see your order. If a parcel is late, damaged or wrong, the partner store you bought from holds the record and can fix it in a minute; we would only be forwarding your message to them with a day's delay.

How long we take

One working day for anything about how a doll works, two or three if we need to open a set on our side and check. We do not send automatic replies, so if nothing arrives, the message did not reach us — try again from a different address.

Four notes from the nursery

The ratings here are the ones families left, unedited.
Prices are what we see today at the partner store.
Every page is one of our own sets, never a look-alike.
If a set is missing from a shelf, we are not making it right now.

While you are here

The activities that matter at playtime are small and realistic: a bottle, a change, a nap. A toddler repeats them for months, and that is the joy an adorable interactive baby doll brings home. The ages on the set are a note about small parts.

Open the shelf, change the sort order, read the results in your own sequence and explore the collections that sit closest — our toys are grouped by what happens during play, not by price.
