Who packs the box

The store you buy from. They hold the stock, they choose the carrier and they own the tracking number. We make the doll; they get her to your door.

How long it takes

Most sets in this catalogue leave the warehouse the same day and arrive within two to five working days inside the United States. Large items — prams, play yards, the bigger furniture sets — travel by a slower service and can take a week.

Small sets: two to five working days.
Prams and furniture: up to a week.
Cut-off times and delivery charges belong to the store, not to us.
Tracking comes from the store's confirmation email.

If the box arrives damaged

Photograph it before you open it, then contact the partner store you bought from. They will replace a crushed set without argument; a photograph of the outer carton is what makes that quick.

If nothing arrives at all

Check the tracking first, then the store. We have no visibility of parcels in transit, so a message to us only adds a day. Once the store has closed the case, write to us if the doll herself turned out to be faulty.
