At playtime: takes a bottle, makes baby sounds, grows through milestones, has hair to brush and style and arrives with accessories

Baby Grows Up, Sophia Sparkle lives on our Grows-Up & Big Dolls shelf, and this page is where we keep everything we know about her.

We designed her for milestones and talking play, so the play pattern is short, warm and repeatable.

What Baby Grows Up does at playtime

She takes a bottle, makes baby sounds, grows through milestones, has hair to brush and style and arrives with accessories.

Adorable is easy; realistic activities that a toddler can repeat without help are the harder part, and that is what we aim for at playtime.

Everything on this shelf is meant to be played with daily, not kept in the box.

What comes in the set

This is what we pack with her:

I really grow as we play: Play with and care for the baby to help her grow through 3 stages, starting as a 10-inch-tall newborn and growing into a 14-inch-tall toddler! (25 cm -- 35 cm)
Milestone moments as newborn, Baby, & toddler: Rock her and feed her to discover Baby's First Moments inspired by real life developmental milestones!
Baby's first tooth appears: When she is in the baby stage, feed her a pretend bottle to activate babbling sounds, and give her a pacifier to help her grow her first teeth. Doll teeth will really appear in her mouth!
Unlock over 50 sounds: As you play with the baby doll she will make adorable sounds, such as baby coos and giggles
Doll with hair for styling: Doll comes with hair styling accessories and play scissors for giving her a pretend haircut. (Scissors cannot cut hair, but they do make a satisfying mechanical snipping noise!)

What she costs and who she is for

The price we see right now is $54.99 — bigger for a doll of this size.

Her rating is 4.5 out of five across 225 ratings, which is a sample we trust.

Ages 3 years and up is where she works best, and a toddler a bit younger will still enjoy watching.

A toddler holds a doll differently than an older child does, so weight and softness matter more than toys with many parts.

Keeping her clean between play sessions

A damp cloth and a soft brush keep her looking new between play sessions.

If her hair tangles, work from the ends upward with a wide comb — never pull from the roots.

Price, ratings and ages for this interactive baby doll

The activities that matter at playtime are small and realistic: a bottle, a change, a nap. A toddler repeats them for months, and that is the joy an adorable interactive baby doll brings home. The ages on the set are a note about small parts.

Quick notes from the nursery

Water only in the bottle — never juice or milk.
Empty her and let her dry after a long session.
Brush doll hair from the ends, never from the roots.
Keep a refill pack in the cupboard before the last one runs out.
