At playtime: takes a bottle, eats doll food, makes baby sounds, moves on her own and grows through milestones

Here is Big Princess Ellie Doll — her photos, her price and the things she does at playtime.

She is made for milestones and talking play, and that is the simplest way to describe her.

What Big Princess Ellie Doll does at playtime

In our tests she takes a bottle, eats doll food, makes baby sounds, moves on her own and grows through milestones.

An interactive baby doll earns her place through small activities — a bottle, a nap, a change of clothes — and that steady playtime is where the joy is.

We keep our dolls simple enough that a child can run the whole routine without an adult.

What comes in the set

The tag, the stars and the age mark

At $89.98 she sits in the bigger half of the nursery.

Across 72 ratings she holds 4.2 out of five.

We mark her for ages 3 years and up, and that is about hand size as much as anything else.

If this is a first doll for a toddler, pick the softest body you can and leave the accessories for next year.

Keeping her clean between play sessions

Keep her face and hair away from ink and food colour; those marks are the ones that stay.

Store her sitting up rather than squashed in a toy box, and her clothes keep their shape.

What we hear about her so far

No settled ratings have come in for this set yet, so the box list above is the honest part of the story.

Price, ratings and ages for this interactive baby doll

The activities that matter at playtime are small and realistic: a bottle, a change, a nap. A toddler repeats them for months, and that is the joy an adorable interactive baby doll brings home. The ages on the set are a note about small parts.
